To book our laundry services, simply visit our website and navigate to the booking section on our Home Page. You'll find information about the areas we serve, along with available pickup days and times. If you have any special requests, please include them in the booking notes. For regular bookings, mention this in the notes section, and we'll set up a recurring booking with weekly reminders for you.

What type of container should I use for my dirty laundry?

You can use trash bags or any type of bag for your dirty laundry. There's no need to label or tag your bags, as our driver will take care of that. Your clean laundry will be returned in a reusable bag, which is provided free of charge with your first order. Additional bags can be purchased for a small fee.

When can I expect my laundry to be returned?

Your laundry will be returned the following day, approximately at the same time it was picked up. Please note that payment is required before delivery.

Are my clothes washed separately from others?

Not! We ensure that your items are washed and dried separately from other customers' orders.

Should I sort my laundry before pickup?

No, you don't need to sort your laundry. We'll take care of separating whites, colors, and darks for you. If any item requires special attention, please bag it separately with clear instructions.

Do you provide dry cleaning services?

Currently, we do not provide dry cleaning services.

Is stain removal available?

Yes, we offer stain removal services for an additional charge, which will be quoted upon receipt of the item. The maximum charge per booking is $15. Please place stained clothing in a separate bag and include a note or update your laundry profile with details about the stain. While we strive for success, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Pre-treating stains before packing can increase the chances of successful removal.

Where should I leave my laundry for pickup and delivery?

Your pickup and drop-off location should be a safe and secure area where you're comfortable leaving your items. Common locations include the front door, porch, or inside a secure gated area. Please note that we cannot enter private spaces or residences, such as homes, apartments, cars, or garages.

What is the minimum charge for your services?

Yes, there is a minimum charge of $60.00 for all services. Pickup and delivery fees are included at no extra cost.

When will my laundry be collected?

After you book online, you'll be able to see the available pickup times for your area. Please note that these times are approximate and may vary by up to 2 hours. You're welcome to leave your laundry outside if you think it's safe.

When will my laundry be returned?

Typically, we return your laundry the next day around the same time it was picked up. However, this can vary depending on the size of your load if it's collected on a Friday (in which case, it will be returned on Tuesday), or based on your location. Your Laundry Doctor will confirm the return time with you. If you have specific requirements, just let us know in the Notes section when you book.

What does one load of washing include?

One load is roughly 5kg of dry laundry. This can vary depending on the bulkiness of the items. We charge by what fits into a 5kg machine drum, and we round up to the nearest full load for billing.

What detergents do you use?

Our standard Wash, Dry, and Fold service uses our own unscented Laundry Doctor Liquid. For a natural alternative, we use UCA laundry detergents. If you have a preferred detergent or need a product for sensitive skin, please provide it at pickup.

How much does the service cost?

How do I make a payment?
