STEP 2: Choose Your Services:

In the following steps, you’ll have the opportunity to customise your service further. You can add notes about specific preferences such as handwashing, line-drying, or the use of special laundry products.

STEP 3: Choose Your Collection Date and Time:

Select your desired pickup date by clicking on the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate month and day. Then, click ‘Continue’.

Next, you’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred service provider—either a Laundry Doctor and choose a convenient time block for your collection.

STEP 4: Booking Confirmation:

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will provide the contact details of your assigned Laundry Doctor. If you have any special instructions or preferences, feel free to reach out to them directly to ensure your needs are met.

STEP 5: Arranging Your Laundry Collection:

There’s no need for you to be at home during the laundry collection. You have the option to greet your Laundry Doctor at the door or leave your items in a designated safe area. Please specify your collection preferences in the NOTES section upon booking, or communicate them directly to your service provider before the scheduled collection.

How Should I Prepare My Laundry for Collection?:

Your laundry can be left in any bag—a garbage bag, a plastic bag, or a reusable bag works fine. As a token of our appreciation, first-time customers will be gifted a branded Laundry Doctor bag with their returned items, which can be reused for future services.

Special Care for Specific Items:

We strive to inspect the care labels on all garments, but you must highlight any items requiring specific care, such as line drying or other particular treatments. Our standard service includes a regular machine wash and tumble drying. Should your laundry need a different approach, please let us know in advance. It’s important to note that we do not offer dry cleaning services.

For regular stain removal, simply separate the items that require attention. However, please be aware that we’re unable to provide specialised treatment for more stubborn stains.

STEP 6: Invoice and Payment:

Sorting Your Laundry: Once your laundry arrives at our facility, we’ll sort it into lights and darks to ensure optimal cleaning. Each category is washed separately to maintain the integrity of your garments. Please note, that this counts as two loads even if the total weight is under 5kgs. If you prefer a combined wash, just inform your Laundry Professional.

Invoice Details: 

You’ll receive an invoice based on the total weight and number of loads. For your convenience, invoices are sent electronically and payment can be made online using your credit or debit card. Please note that we require payment before the return of your laundry. The exception to this rule is for NDIS and business clients with established payment agreements.

STEP 7: Enjoy Fresh, Clean Laundry Delivered to Your Doorstep:

Within 24 hours, you can expect your freshly laundered items to arrive back at your doorstep, approximately around the same time as the previous day. You’ll receive a notification from your dedicated Laundry Specialist when your laundry is en route. While you don’t need to be present for the delivery, we recommend informing your specialist of a secure location to leave your laundry if you won’t be home.
